Congratulations on attending an orientation with us! To begin the application to become a Foster Care Adoption family with DePelchin, please see the information below and click “Start Application”.

Ready to Apply?

You will need the following items:

Application, completed and signed
Driver license, social security card, and birth certificate (or proof of residency) of all applicants.
Proof of household income: 60 days of pay stubs or bank statements and most recent tax returns
Floor plan of home with labels and dimensions
Contact information for references (they must have an email address)
