Through their gifts of time and financial support, members of the Kezia DePelchin Society make a significant impact in the lives of Houston’s most deserving children. Whether underwriting the cost of a mental health professional or taking kids to a ball game, society members’ involvement helps bridge the gap between excellent care and exceptional services.
Educational Breakfast Series Breakfasts will be held three times in 2010 and will feature DePelchin Children's Center program directors’ highlighting programs and services in a “news you can use” format.
Mental Health Symposium This half-day seminar will feature a panel of experts that includes a keynote speaker who is a recognized leader on issues related to children’s mental health.
Volunteer Opportunities Members will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with children in DePelchin’s programs to bring variety to their lives and exposure to new experiences.
Membership Reception This event will recognize members for their significant contributions to DePelchin and allow members to interact with like-minded, caring individuals who share a passion for helping children.
Special Recognition Members will be recognized at events, on the website, and in our print materials, such as the annual report and Today newsletter.
Insider Updates Members will receive written updates from DePelchin’s volunteer and staff leadership and be kept up-to-date with a quarterly e-newsletter. |
